At CloudNine Tresses, each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality before it leaves our hands. Please review our processing and shipping timeline below before placing your order.

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping takes an additional 3–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note:

  • Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

⏳ Total Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days
(2–3 business days for processing + 3–4 business days for shipping)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
